We recently decided that we needed a new front door and a surrounding porch. We wanted something robust, safe, elegant and stylish. We didn’t just want a lean to that looked basic and drab. We asked Orchid Windows to quote for the job, along with a number of others. Nigel and his team got the job which was the best decision we could have made. The new front door (a Rockdoor, guaranteed anti burglar proof and very elegant) and porch was measured up, ordered and installed by Nigel and his team of experts.
Everything fitted absolutely fine, they did not cut any corners and the end result was quite outstanding. The finished product was indeed robust, safe, stylish and elegant: just what we wanted, perfect. We have absolutely no complaints on the workmanship carried out, the friendliness of the team or their professionalism.
From start to finish the task was conducted in an outstanding manner which resulted in a first class end result. The other major difference between Orchid and other installers who have conducted work at our home is that when they say they will do something, they do it: Including all the insurance policies, guarantees, CERTASS, etc.
They even carried out other little jobs like reworking the porch light, refitting the doorbell, changing locks so that we only had one key that footed both doors, etc. all with no issues and no extra cost: just as Nigel promised. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever on our new front door and porch and would very highly recommend Orchid Windows to anyone who is considering getting home improvements carried out.
