We first met Orchid Windows in 2023. It was actually by accident as they were working on our next door neighbours home. We had booked to have our bay window replaced by a company who have now gone bust however after seeing the job that Nigel and his team had done next door we soon cancelled that and booked in with Orchid.
From the first meeting with Nigel we knew we would receive a first class, professional service.
He was not pushy like most window salesmen, and he took time to discuss options with us.
They replaced our bay window and bedroom window first and the work they carried out is next to none. The workmanship is exemplary and as a woman I really appreciate that they clean up after themselves. The quality of the products are fantastic.
We have just had a new back door (Rockdoor) fitted along with kitchen window and again we are so impressed. I highly recommend Orchid Windows. You won’t be disappointed!
