I had my conservatory roof replaced by Orchid Windows in April 2024. They also replaced all the glass in the conservatory.
The whole experience was straightforward from the planning stage with Nigel to the removal and replacement by Nigel and his team. Despite a 50 mile journey here each day and atrocious weather (heavy rain and hail once the roof was off) the team arrived on time and worked hard. They were friendly and respectful of my property, my nervous cat and especially towards my hibernating hedgehog in his house in the corner!
The team cleared up after themselves efficiently and removed all the rubbish quickly. We are very pleased with the finished result and highly recommend Orchid Windows.
